The HZ-FA-110/100 is not just a sensor; it is a cutting-edge signal acquisition system driven by Deep Learning and Edge Computing. Designed for Transformers, GIS, and Rotating Machinery, it captures high-frequency acoustic signatures that traditional sensors miss, providing early warnings for electrical and mechanical failures.

1. Edge AI & Voiceprint Recognition

Unlike passive sensors, the HZ-FA-110 performs acoustic model recognition on the device side. It uses pre-trained AI models to identify specific fault types automatically, reducing false alarms from environmental noise like bird calls or rain.

Supported Fault Recognition Models:

  • Transformers: DC Bias Magnetism, Winding Deformation, Core Looseness.

  • Electrical: Corona Discharge, Floating Discharge, Surface Discharge.

  • Mechanical: Short-circuit Impact, Cooler/Fan Abnormal Noise.

2. High-Fidelity MEMS Sensors 

We utilize industrial-grade MEMS microphones instead of traditional ECM sensors to ensure high consistency and stability in harsh environments.

Bandwidth: 20Hz to 80kHz (covers audible and ultrasonic ranges).

Sensitivity: -38 dBV/Pa with a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 65dB.
Dual-Mode Sampling: Supports synchronized acquisition at 48kHz or 120kHz sampling rates.

3. Seamless Integration 

Designed for system integrators and smart grids, the HZ-FA-110 supports modern IoT protocols including HTTP, WebSocket, and TCP/IP. Data can be pushed directly to your SCADA, Digital Twin, or the HERTZINNO Intelligent Platform.
