Underground security for border areas and unattended zones

HZ-DA-200 is designed for border security, remote restricted areas and unattended outdoor sites where visible cameras or radar may leave blind spots. Buried acoustic and vibration nodes form a covert underground sensing network to detect walking personnel, vehicle movement and illegal excavation before the target reaches the protected area.

What is HZ-DA-200 Acoustic Defender used for?
HZ-DA-200 is used to build a buried invisible security line in border areas, remote restricted zones and unattended outdoor sites. It detects ground vibration and acoustic disturbance caused by walking personnel, vehicle movement and illegal excavation.
How does the buried intrusion detection system work?
The sensor node is buried underground and continuously monitors ground acoustic and vibration signals. When an intrusion event occurs nearby, the node captures the signal pattern, applies AI detection locally, and transmits the alarm through a LoRa self-organizing wireless network.
Why use buried sensors instead of only cameras or radar?
Cameras and radar can be affected by terrain, darkness, fog, vegetation, long-distance blind spots or intentional avoidance. A buried acoustic and vibration sensor creates a hidden ground-based detection layer that is difficult to discover, damage or bypass.
What types of intrusion can HZ-DA-200 detect?
The system is designed to detect common ground disturbance and intrusion behaviors, including:

Is the sensor visible after installation?
No. HZ-DA-200 is designed for underground buried deployment. After installation, the sensing node is hidden below the ground surface, helping create a covert “invisible defence line” for remote border and restricted areas.
What is the detection range?
Typical detection capability includes personnel movement from not less than 30 m, vehicle activity from not less than 150 m, and excavation activity from not less than 100 m. Actual performance depends on soil condition, target behavior, installation depth, background vibration and site environment.
How are alarms transmitted in remote border areas?
HZ-DA-200 supports LoRa wireless communication and self-organizing networking. Multiple buried nodes can transmit event information to a convergence node, which then reports alarms to the monitoring center or upper-level security platform.
Does the system require external power?
HZ-DA-200 is designed for low-power field deployment and uses an internal battery. It supports long-term operation, making it suitable for remote locations where wired power supply is difficult.
Can it work in harsh outdoor environments?
Yes. The buried node is designed for outdoor underground use, with IP68 protection and wide-temperature operation. It is suitable for remote terrain, border zones, outdoor restricted areas and unattended field installations.
How many nodes can be used in one system?
A system can be configured with multiple sensing nodes according to route length, terrain conditions and detection requirements. Node spacing and quantity should be planned based on the protected area layout and target event type.
